- How much money can our group raise?
- Church groups, schools, sports leagues, family reunions, and youth organizations raise nearly $2 billion each year, selling chocolate candy. Catalog/ brochure and direct sale fundraisers are consistently the most financially rewarding.
- When is the best time to schedule a fundraiser?
- The fall and spring are the most popular time of the year to plan your fundraiser. Most schools start there fundraising project the first week of school. Smaller groups should start a week or two before, to give you a jump on sales. Groups also schedule their fundraiser 6 to 7 weeks before a holiday season, this allows them time to sell and deliver the candy before the holiday.
- What does direct sale mean?
- Direct sales are candy products, such as lollipops, Christmas ornaments, chocolate raisins, chocolate peanuts and, chocolate malt balls. These items are added to your shopping cart for purchase. When you receive your candy, you’ll have them on hand to sell directly to your customers.
- How do I get started?
- Go to the "Getting Started" page an fill in the required information, you will be contacted via phone.
- Do you require a minimum order?
- There is no minimum order for catalog/brochure fundraising. There is a minimum order of one master case for all direct sale Items.
- How does simply fundraising help my group with product distribution?
- We offer customer assistance to guide your group step by step, and our cash prize incentive program to excite your participants. We provide easy order forms, cash envelopes, and a simple out line to the fundraising process.
- How long does the fundraising process usually last?
- You should allow 4 weeks to sell, collect money, and tally all orders.
- When do I send payment?
- Once simply fundraising receives your order we will supply you with an invoice showing your groups gross sale, profit, and amount owed to simply fundraising. Once we receive full payment including any shipping cost involved, your group will receive an anticipated delivery date.
- What payment method may I use?
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept cashier’s check, money orders and certified checks. Direct sale items may be purchased with a major credit card and PayPal.

***Chocolates are sensitive to the heat. We will not ship products once the temperature goes over 80 degrees in your area.
We only ship fresh products; we do not accept returns on any food item.
